Beginning June 20th, the Los Altos Village Association will again host Friday Night Outdoor Movie Night.
The movies are shown on Main Street, between 2nd and 3rd Streets. The street is closed beginning at 6:00 p.m. and patrons are invited to set out their chairs at that time. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Many families bring picnic dinners to enjoy while waiting for the movie to begin, or after setting out chairs and blankets, head off to one of the many downtown restaurants to enjoy dinner.
Movies begin at dusk; typically by 8:30 p.m. We suggest you arrive no later than 8:15 to not miss the opening scenes!
If you would like to have dinner in town with your family, please visit the member directory page on this Web site and you’ll find a partial listing of downtown restaurants for you and your family to choose from.
The Los Altos/Los Altos Hills Little League operates our Movie Night Snack Shack. They sell a variety of “movie theatre” type items including soda, water, chips, candy and other items. They do not sell hot foods or dinner items. We ask that you support the Snack Shack as it is a fundraising opportunity for this terrific organization.
